TTCP Express uses encryption-based payment transactions to ensure the highest level of security for our customers. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and even direct bank account transfers.
After an order is placed, we email a payment invoice to customers that allows them to make a payment online. This means that we never see any credit card or banking information because the transaction is safely and securely made through PayPal.
PayPal is an industry trusted third-party service that is free to use, and there is no need to sign up or create an account.
Once we receive a payment confirmation, each plan is then created and forwarded either by email (.pdf file) or as a fax document, whichever you choose.
Other Payment Options
Phone and Fax
TTCP Express also accepts credit card payments over the phone or by fax. Please keep in mind that we do not keep payment information on file, and customers will have to resubmit this information each time an order is placed with us.
Cash, Checks, Money Orders
We accept cash, check, and money order payments for TTCP drawings. However, there is a waiting period between when TTCP Express receives and then clears these forms of payments before we will release your plans, which could take up to a week or longer to process.
TTCP Express does not offer business credit account (Net 30) payment options.
TTCP Express specializes in creating custom traffic control plans according to customer specific requests. And therefore, the following return policy is based upon the time period in which customers may want to cancel an order and/or receive a refund:
After an order is placed, but before delivery
Before a requested plan has been delivered, customers may cancel an order with TTCP Express for any reason and they will receive a 100% refund of the paid purchase price.
After an order is delivered
After TTCP Express has created and delivered a customer’s traffic control plan, we will only offer a refund for the following reasons:
- TTCP Express created a traffic control plan significantly different from the one requested by the customer. We will first try to remedy this error by offering to provide an expedited revised plan.
- The requested traffic control plan fails to get final approval by the regulating traffic control engineer despite making any and all revisions requested by the engineer; and through no fault of the customer.
Payments made using a credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer, will be refunded to the same credit card, debit card, or bank account.
Cash, check, and money order payments will be refunded via mailed refund check.
